Role and objectives

To offer social services for victims: protection and social reinsertion ;
Legal assistance for victims and guidance to contact the authorities in order to solve their problems;
To educate and inform the population about their human rights, legal rights as victims;
To make research, reports, statistics about the victims situation, especially pilot research in social and juridical fields.
To report the human rights violations situations and the faulty application of the law in abuse cases.
